Hello, SPAMGREA! I'm a professional traveller from Pipiswoods and my dream is to explore every nook and cranny of the archipelago. Here I broadcast my experiences with travelling across the LANDs of SPAMGREA for all to see! I hope you have a nice stay here, and that my words make you consider exploring as well!

About Me

Ever since I was a little pea jumping from tree to tree, I could NEVER sit in one place for too long. My heart wanted ADVENTURE! My momma had to search for me across the whole woods at times! That's why I decided to leave good ol' Pipiswoods to travel across the world! Pretty unusual decision for a DIMMONKEY, and one fellows from my village made fun of... So perhaps that's a part of my motivation, to prove I can! I find so much strength in the mere act of crossing a border, as well as getting to know the ins and outs of a place. I know most of Spamgrea like the inside of my hat! I also decided to learn the language of the places I travel to; my native language has pretty simple rules, so you can imagine how much effort it takes to learn something else… But it's worth it! I hope my blog encourages you to travel and fulfill your dreams no matter what others say.

My travels

Here's some pictures of places I've travelled to so far, complete with everything I've learned about 'em!

CHAOSTOWN
This one's a heck of an adventure! Nothing makes sense here, and that's why it's so fun. One wrong turn, and your surroundings change entirely! Trying to find your way in the town's great maze is a respected tradition here, one that the townsfolk love to see outsiders partake in. Those clowns have quite an interesting culture! They have no leader; everyone follows their own chaos. The first time I visited, I was getting quite a kick out of finding my way in the place, making mistakes at first but getting better with time. Right now I could traverse the town with mah eyes closed! Haha! Chaostown's quite an acquired taste, definetly not for everyone, but if you have an explorer's spirit, it's right up your alley!
BURNING FIELDS
This place's scorching climate makes it difficult to stand, and it's quite small, but there's still lots of interesting things to see. It's home to a small town full of hotheaded people and a large geothermal plant built into a volcano, supplying the people of SPAMGREA with fresh electricity. Within the plant, there's a multitude of tubes and machinery used to extract power from the Earth, as well as wonderful wildlife you can observe (And strange, frightening statues...). In the deepest layer, you can watch the very core of the earth! But be careful. The first time I went here, after admiring the beautiful view, I couldn't make it back out and passed out due to a heat stroke. I felt so weak. It could've been the end of me, right then and there! But a certain kind soul living right next to the core found me, took to a colder location, gave me water and nursed me back to health. We're friends since then! Recently, they've become a bit more reclusive, but they're such a sweet person. If you're planning to go there, you might want to visit them!
PUTRID WOODS
That one's great for those who want a little scare out of an adventure, such as me! There's nearly not a single living soul in the place, but there's the thick, fleshy vegetation overgrowing the place... From time to time, you might encounter terrifying shambling husks! Such a thrill! I wonder what's the deal with this place... it hasn't been explored for ages and every fragment of it feels like a part of a large, living, breathing creature. There's one passageway in the forest that I haven't explored yet. I tried opening it up, but those strange vines just won't let go... I don't know what drives me to this place, but I think it might be my favourite out of all the ones I've explored so far! I should come back here sometime. I think its dark corridors make me feel nostalgic for the times when I was a kid and Pipiswoods felt so large, scary and ecompassing...
MT. SPAMTON

A beautiful natural landmark of Spamgrea. Going up to 1997 meters above sea level, it's the crown of the entire archipelago. It has a lot of cultural significance, in older times, people used to go on pilgrimages to it to devote their souls to Spamton and leave offerings to Him. Hiking to the summit has been tiring, I had to use my lasso a lot to not fall off the steep slopes, but it made it all the more thrilling! Besides, the view at the peak was worth ALL the effort. From here, Pipistopia's skyscrapers look so small. You can see Pipis.com glistening from afar above them, making it such a beautiful panorama... Even though there's places that I haven't been yet, this moment is when I truly felt like I conquered Spamgrea. I keep thinking about it a lot. I explored the caves within the mountain as well, there's lots of beautiful fossils and mysterious paintings made in bygone times by the race of ANCIENT BACKSHOTS. Strangely enough, I also found… food supplies in there? Along with a bunch of matresses lined on the floor. Well, to whoever those belonged, I don't think there's any law that forbids you from living in these caves. They look pretty comfy after all.

I hope you've enjoyed the details of my adventures and I hope you stay tuned for my next trip, to THE LAWN! Travelling there's always been a dream of mine, but I never could quite make it in there. I tried to swim up there by my trusty boat, but for some reason the river's waters splash wildly around here, and I don't want to take risks of any of it touching me anymore… Once it splashed on my wrist, it seared and stung so bad! After this, I couldn't move my entire right arm for a month! A traveller's worst nightmare! I still have a scar! And for some reason, public transit to this particular island is very rare and when it happens, it's overcrowded by BLANK GUYS. The ones that come back to Pipistopia look beaten… I wonder what's going on in this lush jungle. I love a good mystery. But also, I think I'm subcosciously putting off exploring it, because I'm afraid that once I'll explore EVERYTHING, travelling might lose its spark for me. Spamgrea's only so big after all, and I won't feel the thrill of exploring a new place for the first time ever again. I don't think there's anything outside of our little islands. I mean well, there was one thing that gave me hope. One day, I was watching the sunset at Chaostown's shore and in the distance, suddenly, I think I saw… another land...? But when I looked away, it was gone. Nonetheless, I tried swimming in my boat closer, just to maybe catch another glimpse. I was rowing for hours before deciding to turn back, because it's generally a bad idea to stay exposed to the river's radiation for too long. Maybe it was just my mind playing tricks on me, my desire to see new places… But I like to believe there's another land out there. Dreaming can't hurt anyone after all…
